Almond Ring Cookies

  • 3 ½ oz all-purpose flour
  • 3 ½ oz sugar
  • 3 ½ oz butter
  • almond, grated


Prepare some pastry out of the ingredients and roll it out with a rolling pin. Cut several disks from it using a large tumbler. In the same way cut out some smaller disks using a smaller tumbler. Put the smaller disks on top of the larger ones, remove the center from both (using an apple-corer), sprinkle with grated almonds and put in a moderate oven, until they are golden.
