Academia Barilla is made up of different premises, each one with its function and different use purposes:

Auditorium

Multifunctional space for events equipped with a cooking demo station, double projection screen, audio system, audio-visual control room and theatre lighting.

Gastronomic Library

Charming place that gathers more than 14,000 volumes and 5000 historical menus, perfect location for meetings or dinners.

Demo room

Space for cooking demonstrations with audio-visual system, ideal for lunches or dinners with chefs in action.

Training Room

Room with 16 fully equipped kitchens with capacity of up to 95 people, ideal for buffets.
