INGREDIENTI:

- 3 ½ oz almonds , toasted
- 8 salted anchovies
- 3 ½ oz breadcrumbs , roasted
- leaf of mint
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- lemon juice
- vinegar
- olive oil
PREPARAZIONE:
Reduce the almonds, after toasting them, to small pieces. Mix with the toasted bread crumbs and the salted anchovies well cleaned and also reduced to small pieces. Chop some mint leaves and mix together with the cinnamon, a little vinegar, the lemon juice and a generous quantity of olive oil. Amalgamate well all the ingredients and dress boiled meats and fish with this sauce which in this way will become āa dish fit for a kingā.
