INGREDIENTI: per 0 persone
  • 1 ¼ lb apricots
  • 6 oz sugar
  • 5 oz water
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 juniper berries
  • whipped cream
Preparation

Wash the apricots, dry them and split them in two to stone them. Gather them in a casserole and sprinkle them with sugar, then douse with the water, add the spices, and put over very low heat to cook gently for about twenty minutes. As soon as they are cooked, transfer them to a compote bowl, dousing them with their cooking liquid, and put into the fridge for a couple of hours. Serve in individual dessert bowls accompanied to taste by iced whipped cream.
