- 1 ¾ oz grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- ¾ oz butter
- olive oil to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
PREPARAZIONE:
Panfry artichokes for five minutes, add scrambled eggs with cheese and butter, season with salt to taste, and cook for only a few minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
