INGREDIENTI: per 0 persone
  • 2 ½ lb lamb
  • 1 ¾ lb potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 4 canned tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 slice bread
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • parsley
  • salt
  • lard
PREPARAZIONE:

Cover the botttom of a pan with a thin layer of oil, dusted with salt. Arrange the meat cut into medium-sized pieces, cover with a layer of potatoes cut into large strips and sprinkle with the bread crumbs, the garlic, the chopped parsley and the thinly sliced onion. Add the tomatoes in pieces, splash with oil and add some flakes of lard. Bake in a moderate oven for about 2 hours.
