INGREDIENTI:

- 1 lb beans , boiled
- 3 ½ oz red onion
- ¼ red pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- salt
PREPARAZIONE:
Soak the onion in a cup of vinegar for 15 minutes. Then drain and mix with the boiled borlotti beans. Dice the peppers and sautƩ in a pan with a little oil, salt and finely chopped spring onion. Mix the peppers with the beans and serve.
