  • 1 lb potatoes
  • 1 ½ lb green beans
  • ⅝ lb beans
  • ½ lb butter
  • onion
  • 3 ½ oz Casera cheese
  • 3 ½ oz Casera cheese
  • 1 ¼ oz grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • salt and pepper
Preparation

In a pot, cook the potatoes, peeled, in boiling water. Meanwhile cook the beans. When the vegetables are cooked, drain them and put everything into the same pot. In another pot, sauté the onion in the butter. Using a wooden spoon, squash the vegetables coarsely. When the butter is golden, put the vegetables into the pot and mix everything well, over low heat, for 5 minutes. Add some butter, the cheese cut into pieces, and the grated cheese, and adjust the salt and pepper. Serve hot.
