INGREDIENTI:

- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 some slices of rustic, country-style bread
- extra virgin olive oil
PREPARAZIONE:
Cut the bread (stale bread is fine) into slices about fingers width in size. Toast on both side so that they are crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. Rub one side with garlic, then sprinkle with salt and a generous amount of oil. Serve hot as an appetizer. You can also spread boiled cannellini beans on top. This dish was created for the used of new oil (olio nuovo), freshly pressed.
