INGREDIENTI: per 0 persone
  • ⅝ lb green beans
  • red pepper
  • 1 mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • parsley
  • garlic
  • marjoram
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper
PREPARAZIONE:

Remove the ends of the green beans. Wash and cook in pot of boiling salted water. When al dente, drain the beans and let cool. Separately, roast the peppers on the stovetop, then peel, core and remove the seeds. Divide into 8 equal strips. Cut the mozzarella into 8 slices. Remove the crust from the sliced bread and place in the food processor. Mix the bread crumbs with minced hers, salt and pepper. Group the boiled, cold green beans into 8 equal bunches and tie together with the strips of pepper. Then arrange on an oven-proof serving dish. Cover each bunch with a slice of mozzarella and sprinkle with the herbed bread crumbs. Drizzle with a little oil and bake in a 425 °F oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese begins to melt and form a crispy crust. Remove from the oven and serve.
