Canapés with Parmesan cheese
- 10 slices sandwich bread
- 3 ½ oz grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 2 oz butter
- 1 oz truffle , grated
Cut the bread slices into 18 round canapés.
Mix the soft butter with Parmesan cheese and ground truffle, stir well to make a soft and smooth mixture.
Using a pastry bag, arrange equal parts of the mixture on the canapés and garnish with truffle shavings.
