  • 2 lb all-purpose flour
  • 7 oz chocolate , in powder
  • 1 lb butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 packages vanilla powder (or vanilla extract)
  • 1 half cup Marsala wine
  • 1 half cup Cognac liqueur
  • lemon zest
Preparation

Sieve the flour, form a well, and in the center put all the ingredients with the butter previously melted in a baine marie. Work the mixture to obtain a smooth homogeneous dough.

Prepare, by hand, some pellets the size of hazelnuts to be cooked for a very short time and not more than 4 or 5 at a time, in a suitable iron, greased with a little butter.
