INGREDIENTI:

- 2 rustic bread
- 3 anchovies
- canned tuna
- 1 ¾ oz mosciame (dried tuna filets)
- 3 ½ oz olive verdi
- caper
- extra virgin olive oil
- vinegar
- salt
PREPARAZIONE:
Soften the sea biscuits in water and squeeze out well. Put them into a salad bowl with the crumbled tuna fish, the anchovies desalinated and broken up, the sliced āmosciameā, olives, and capers and dress with olive oil, vinegar and salt to taste. Toss thoroughly and serve after resting for a minimum of 1 hour.
