INGREDIENTI: per 0 persone
  • 2 rustic bread
  • 3 anchovies
  • canned tuna
  • 1 ¾ oz mosciame (dried tuna filets)
  • 3 ½ oz olive verdi
  • caper
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • vinegar
  • salt
PREPARAZIONE:

Soften the sea biscuits in water and squeeze out well. Put them into a salad bowl with the crumbled tuna fish, the anchovies desalinated and broken up, the sliced ā€œmosciameā€, olives, and capers and dress with olive oil, vinegar and salt to taste. Toss thoroughly and serve after resting for a minimum of 1 hour.
