INGREDIENTS

- 1 veal thigh , ground
- 1 clove of garlic , chopped
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Put all the ingredients together into a medium-sized receptacle and amalgamate by mixing throroughly for some minutes. Pour onto a serving plate and leave to rest for around 30 minutes so that the lemon cooks the meat, then serve at table.
