  • 1 chicken , (about 2.2 lb)
  • dry white wine
  • 1 handful pine nuts
  • 2 salted anchovies
  • parsley
  • caper
  • garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil
PREPARAZIONE:

In an oven tin, stir fry the garlic in olive oil. Brown the chicken cut in small pieces, pouring some dry white wine over the meat. When the wine has evaporated, add tutti all the other ingredients chopped or pounded in the mortar and cook over a gentle heat. Serve hot.
