INGREDIENTI:

- 2 corn grains
- ⅝ lb beans , fresh
- 3 potatoes
- 1 ham bone
- 1 pig’s trotter , fresh
- 1 tomato
- oil
- lard
- garlic
- salt and pepper
PREPARAZIONE:
Boil the beans, potatoes, tomato, pork meat and oil together. In another pot boil the corn grains until the outer skin is tender. Pass trough a mill part of the beans and corn (about one half) and mash the potatoes using a fork. Make a mixture by chopping together lard and garlic, then stir-fry it in oil and pour it into the soup.
