INGREDIENTI: per 0 persone

For the crepes

1 l milk

6 egg

400 g all-purpose flour

30 g confectioners sugar

orange zest

 

 

For the filling

400 g ricotta cheese

100 g granulated sugar

lemon juice

lemon zest

30 g candied orange

PREPARAZIONE:

Prepare some crêpes about 8 inches in diameter. Wrap the Ricottain a dish towel and leave in the fridge for some hours.

Then add to the Ricottaall the ingredients, amalgamating well to obtain a homogeneous cream.
Stuff the crêpes and roll them up, cut them into three parts and to end with arrange on a serving plate with the zest sauce on top and, to taste, some slivers of dark chocolate.
