INGREDIENTI: per 0 persone
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 salted anchovies
  • 1 handful capers
  • 3 ½ oz extra virgin olive oil
  • ⅜ oz vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 slices bread
  • 3 ½ oz butter
PREPARAZIONE:

Boil as many garlic cloves as eggs in little water for ten minutes. Drain the garlic cloves and pound into a mortar with the two salted anchovies, previously washed and boned, and a handful of capers.

Blend the mixture with extra-virgin olive oil, vinegar, pepper and salt, thus making a sauce; pour half of it into a serving plate. Arrange the hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half, and top them with the remaining sauce. Serve with bread croutons fried in butter.
