  • ½ onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • 12 olive verdi , pitted, in chunks
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • parsley , chopped
  • basil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • angel shark
Preparation

Brown the onion and the chopped cloves of garlic, in a little olive oil. Add the pitted green olives in pieces, the capers, chopped parsley, some basil leaves and a cupful of pre-prepared tomato sauce. Mix, add the cleaned fish and cook over the heat, according to the size of the slices, for 15-20 minutes. Using this recipe, it is possible to cook sea-fish of any type, better however if their flesh is firm and compact. If you prefer fresh tomatoes in the sauce, cook for 10 minutes after adding them, and then add the fish.
