Preparation

In a pan, put abundant water, a little oil, some whole cloves of garlic, parsley, a red chili, salt, and some pieces of tomato peeled and seeded. Clean the fish and rinse it in salted water, then put it in the pan, leaving it to boil for a few minutes. On a plate, arrange some slices of bread, douse with abundant stock and then top with the fish.
