INGREDIENTS for 0 people
  • 1 lb potatoes
  • 3 ½ oz Fontina cheese
  • 3 ½ oz all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
Preparation

Boil the potatoes, peel them, pass through a ricer and allow to cool. Add the flour, parsley and diced Fontina, then mix everything together and shape lots of small gnocchi. Prepare the sauce by melting the butter and adding the sage and cream to it. After cooking the gnocchi in salted water, toss them in a pan for about 1 minute, together with the sauce prepared beforehand. Serve hot and add grated cheese to taste.
