Goat Cheese and Anchovy Tartines
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 6 goat cheese
- 4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6 tablespoons desalted anchovies , finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt and pepper
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Then spread the mixture onto the slices of bread. Using round, oval or square molds or cookie-cutters, cut out the tartines. Place them in paper muffin cups, and arrange the cups on a tray before serving.
