Make a rather thin béchamel using the butter, flour, boiling milk boiling, and season it with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Boil the cabbage, chop it and place it in a buttered oven dish; then spread the béchamel over it. Put the dish in a preheated oven at 350° F for about 20 minutes.
