INGREDIENTI:

- 6 eggs
- 5 oz jam
- 3 tablespoons sugar
PREPARAZIONE:
Beat the eggs with a little sugar and make the omelette. Stuff the omelette while cooking.
Before folding the omelette place some jam (peach, cherry, apricot, strawberry, etc.) and sprinkle the remaining sugar over.
Serve piping hot and, if liked, flambé using half a glass of the preferred liqueur.
