INGREDIENTI:

- 1 lb bread dough
- green pepper
- 5 oz san marzano tomatoes
- 2 ½ oz Parmigiano Reggiano cheese , fresh
- oregano
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- salt
PREPARAZIONE:
Divide the bread dough into eight equal portions and with each, roll out a 3 to 4 in disk. Trim the pepper and cut into strips (if you prefer, you can roast over the stove first and peel). Shave the cheese using a potato peel and roughly chop the tomato. Gather together all the ingredients in a bowl. Salt and add a little oil. The add a nice sprinkle of oregano. Divide the filling between the 8 disks. Fold in half and seal the edges well. Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the calzoni on top. Brush with oil and bake in a 450 °F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
