  • 1 ¾ oz candied citron
  • 3 ½ oz grated Grana Padano cheese
  • 1 crispy bread crouton
  • salt
  • 1 egg
  • butter
Preparation

Mix the flour with warm water. Roll out a sheet and use it to produce some small disks with a tumbler. To make the filling, pound the macaroons, chop the other ingredients and mix together well.
