  • 3 ½ oz baby octopuses
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small bunch parsley
  • chili pepper
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • salt
Preparation

In a pan sauté with olive oil some chopped garlic and parsley. Then add the baby octopuses washed and cleaned, letting them brown a little, add half a glass of white wine letting it evaporate a little and then a ladleful of boiling water and leave to cook slowly with a lid on.
