  • 4 apples
  • 1 cup Moscato (italian sweet wine)
  • 5 oz soft wheat flour
  • ½ package baking powder
  • honey , Acacia
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
Preparation

Make a thick batter mixing one egg, salt and Muscat wine. Add the yeast and a tablespoon of honey. Leave to rest for about 30 minutes. Peel and carefully remove the apple core, slice them and pass the slices first in flour then in the batter. Deep fry them in plenty of olive oil from the Lake Garda area. Serve hot with a dusting of powdered sugar.
