INGREDIENTS for 0 people
  • 1 ¾ lb baby octopuses
  • 1 ½ oz extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ lemon
  • parsley
  • salt
Preparation

Clean and boil the baby octopuses in salted water for about fifteen minutes.
Drain them and, once they are cold, cut them in half, put them in a bowl and dress with oil, a tablespoon of chopped parsley and the lemon juice in which the salt was melted. Serve hot.
