Omelette stuffed with fruit
- 5 eggs
- 3 ½ oz butter
- fresh fruit
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Beat separately and in two times three eggs. Proceed as described for the omelettemaking two omelettes and keep them warm.
Put the first omelette in a plate and arrange some banana roundels, a small slice of pineapple, five or six strawberries (or any preferred fruit, or jam).
Put the second omelette on top and sprinkle over a generous amount of powdered sugar. Serve warm.
