  • 3 red onions
  • slice rustic bread
  • 2 Hot chili peppers
  • lard
  • salt
  • grated Pecorino cheese
Preparation

Clean the onions, chop them finely, and cook them in the clarified pork fat, adding hot water from time to time, and, towards the end of cooking, the chili peppers in pieces. Pour everything into individual bowls containing the slices of toasted bread and cover with grated Pecorino.
