INGREDIENTI:

- 2 pears
- 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese
- 7 oz green salad , lollo
- 1 ¾ oz walnut kernels
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
PREPARAZIONE:
Trim and wash the salad. Slice or cube the washed pears, leaving the skin on if you wish. On plates, arrange the salad leaves and, over this, add the pears and hand-broken Gorgonzola chunks. Sprinkle with crushed walnut kernels and season with salt, pepper and extra-virgin olive oil.
As an alternative, you can halve the pears, scoop out the flesh, leaving the empty shells and dice the pear flesh, mix with the Gorgonzola and fil l the pear halves with the mixture, arranging one pear-half on top of each salad.
