INGREDIENTI: per 0 persone
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 24 small mozzarella balls
  • grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper
PREPARAZIONE:

Roast the peppers on a grill or in the oven. Then peel and remove the seeds and the white part inside the pepper. Cut into squares, large enough to cover 1/2 a small ball of mozzarella. Prepare 48 pepper and mozzarella rolls and divide among 8 skewers, alternating between red and yellow peppers. Remove the crust from the sandwich bread. Put the bread in a food processor and chop roughly. Mix the bread with 1 full tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano. Roll the skewers in the bread crumbs and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Then fry the skewers in hot olive oil. Drain to remove excess oil and serve immediately.
