INGREDIENTI: per 0 persone
  • 1 lb almonds , peeled
  • 1 lb sugar
  • 4 egg whites
PREPARAZIONE:

Chop (or preferably pound) the almonds and put them in a bowl. Add the sugar and mix well. Separately, whip the egg whites to firm peaks and blend gently with the almonds. Spread the mixture in a round cake mold, llightly buttered and dusted with white flour. Bake in a medium oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
