INGREDIENTI:
per 6 persone
- 2 lb beef
- 1 lb white onion , thinly sliced
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 7 oz canned tomatoes
- 1 sprig sage
- 1 sprig parsley , chopped
- salt and pepper
PREPARAZIONE:
This recipe was created to use meat leftovers of different kinds.
Put the onion in a pan in the oil and sage, brown, add the meat in slices and brown some more.
Add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for a few minutes.
Serve piping hot.
