Pizza with anchovies and capers
INGREDIENTS for 0 people
- 1 lb bread dough
- 1 handful capers , in vinegar
- 10 salted anchovies
- extra virgin olive oil
Flatten out the dough in an oiled oven-dish and sprinkle capers and crumbled anchovies on top. Dress with a little oil, season with salt if necessary, then bake in a hot oven (400° F) until cooked.
