  • 1 ¼ lb tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • chili pepper
  • 1 lb all-purpose flour
  • olive oil
  • salt
Preparation

Mix the flour with enough water to bring it together. Add a little salt and continue kneading until firm, yet elastic. Divide into 5 oz balls and let rest for about 10 minutes, covered with a moist cloth. Roll out one at a time, to the size of the frying pan. Heat a good amount in the frying pan and place one of the pizzas inside. When it begins to expand, flip it. Once cooked, remove and let dry on paper towels. Repeat with the other pizzas. Prepare a sauce by sautéing the garlic in extra virgin olive oil. When golden, add the tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Arrange the pizzas on individual plates and cut into four pieces. Cover with the tomato sauce.
