  • 2 lb potatoes
  • 1 ¾ oz butter
  • 2 cups bechamel
  • 7 oz Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • ¾ oz truffle
Preparation

The potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin disks, are arranged in an oven-dish well greased with butter. On top put a layer of béchamel, a dusting of grated Grana cheese and truffle in slivers. Repeat the operation several times finishing off with a layer of truffle. Finally bake in a moderate oven (350°F).
