  • 2 lb broccoli , or cauliflower
  • 1 lb Hunchback cardoons
  • 1 lb yellow pumpkins
  • 7 oz anchovies
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • butter
  • 1 tablespoon starch
Preparation

Boil the broccoli or cauliflower and when half-cooked add the cardoons cut into small pieces. Scorch the pumpkin cut into pieces and then put into a hot oven (400°). In a pan, heat the oil, butter and cloves of garlic and then add the vegetables, stirring over high heat. In another pan, heat the anchovies with a little oil over low heat.
