INGREDIENTI:
per 4 persone
- 7 oz dried chestnuts
- 2 lb milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 handfuls Rice
- nutmeg to taste
PREPARAZIONE:
Soak the chestnuts overnight, boil them in their water for half an hour, then add the milk and a little butter. Put back onto the heat and add the rice. Cook, adding more warm milk if necessary. Add, to taste, a pinch of grated nutmeg.
