INGREDIENTI: per 0 persone
  • 12 leaves of spring cabbage
  • 1 lb hot sausages
  • tomato sauce
  • salt
Preparation

Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water, then put then onto a dish towel to dry. Stuff the cabbage leaves with the sausage, crumbled and stir-fried in a dry pan. Roll up into roulades, then cook into the tomato sauce. Serve hot.
