  • 5 oz green salad
  • 1 ¾ oz drained tuna
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 spring onions
  • ½ red pepper
  • 2 lemons
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt
  • white pepper
Preparation

Wash and dry the mixed lettuces. Collect in a bowl with the peppers, cut into strips; spring onions cut into rings; tomatoes cut into slices; and cucumber deseeded and cut into half moons. Prepare the dressing by blending at high speed the tuna with the filtered lemon juice, 5 tbsp oil, a tiny bit of salt, a grinding of pepper, a couple drops of Tabasco and Worcester sauce. Toss the salad with this dressing just before serving so that the lettuce remains fresh.
