INGREDIENTI: per 4 persone

11.5 oz Barilla Spaghetti

4 cloves garlic

3.3 fl oz extra virgin olive oil

1 seeded chili

Chopped parsley to taste

Preparation

Heat a pan with oil on medium heat and, as soon as hot, add the peeled garlic clove and the chopped chili, sauté for a couple of minutes.

In the meantime, boil the pasta in abundant salted water, and once the cooking time shown on the pack has expired, drain and dress with the garlic, oil and the chili. If you’d like, garnish with chopped parsley.

Serve hot.
