INGREDIENTI: per 0 persone
  • ⅝ lb spaghetti
  • 4 artichokes
  • 2 oz extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 oz grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • salt and pepper
PREPARAZIONE:

Bring to the boil about 16 cups of water in a pot. Meanwhile clean and slice the artichokes, including the tender part of the stalks. Once the water comes to the boil, add some salt and wait until it boils again; then put in the artichokes and cook for 5 minutes. Then put in the spaghetti, cook until “al dente” and drain pasta and artichokes together. Dress with oil, grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper. Instead of artichokes, also small tender broccoli can be used: both the procedure and cooking times remain the same.
