  • savoy cabbage
  • grated Grana Padano cheese
  • garlic
  • butter
  • 1 egg
  • clove , chopped
  • pepper
  • cinnamon powder
Preparation

Clean and cook the Savoy cabbage in salted water. Drain and finely chop it. Melt the butter and add the crushed garlic, chopped Savoy cabbage and the spices to it. Stew over a low heat for at least 30 minutes and season with salt. A few minutes before finishing the dish, blend in a beaten egg mixed with cheese. Serve hot adding some more Grana-type cheese.
