  • 2 lb swordfish , in one piece/slice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 lemons
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • oregano
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
PREPARAZIONE:

Arrange the large slices of sword fish in a heat-resistant crock pot. Add the oregano, a slice of lemon rind, then salt, pepper and cover with oil. Cook in a baine marie, covered, for about 2 hours. When the cooking is finished, add the lemon juice, parsley and minced garlic. Serve hot, transferring to the serving plate without eliminating the whitish crust that will have formed on the surface, which makes the fish tastier.
