INGREDIENTS for 0 people
  • ½ lb butter beans
  • 5 oz arugula
  • 2 red peppers
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Preparation

In a large pan, heat 4 tbsp of oil with 3 whole garlic cloves. Add the arugula, torn into pieces, sliced peppers and beans. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and reduce the heat to low. Stew for about 15 minutes then transfer to a serving dish.
