INGREDIENTI: per 0 persone
  • 1 ½ lb bread dough
  • 5 oz olive verdi
  • all-purpose flour
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation

Place the dough on a floured work surface and flatten it out a bit. Drizzle with a little oil then knead together to mix in the oil. Grease a baking sheet. Roll out the dough, then use your hand to stretch it across the baking sheet, covering it completely. Pinch the dough in as many places as you have olives, then place the olives in the indentations, pressing them down a bit. Drizzle the dough with a little oil and then bake in a 425°F oven for 30 minutes.
