  • 1 lb green pepper
  • 1 lb onion
  • 1 lb tomato sauce
  • 8 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Preparation

Finely slice the onions and cut the peppers into strips, then put into a pan with the oil, along with half of the tomato puree. Salt, pepper, and leave to gain flavor for ten minutes or so. Add the remaining tomato puree and finish cooking.
