Warm Peas and Peppers

INGREDIENTI: per 6 persone
  • 1 ¼ lb peas
  • 1 ¾ oz red pepper
  • 1 ¾ oz yellow pepper
  • garlic
  • rosemary
  • lemon
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • salt
  • ground pepper
PREPARAZIONE:

Dice the peppers and cut the lemon peel into slices.

 

Sauté a peeled garlic clove in a little oil.

 

As soon as it becomes golden, remove from the pan.

 

Pour oil onto the peppers and peas. Add a sprig of rosemary and the lemon peel.

Let the vegetables absorb the heat and flavor of the oil.

 

Serve warm.
